Ebay to Quickbooks Commerce OMS Integration
Extensiv Integration Manager integrates eBay and Quickbooks Commerce systems for loading orders, posting backtracking, and inventory.

Limitations
- This integration does not currently support creating products in Quickbooks Commerce and having them automatically created in eBay.
- This integration does not currently support making changes to product descriptions or price and having that information automatically updated on eBay.
- There are limitations to collecting tax information for certain international eBay marketplaces. See below.
eBay Taxes
For countries where tax is included in the item price (Tax Inclusive), eBay does not send the Tax Rate to Integration Manager. If you need proper prices and taxes to load into Quickbooks Commerce, you must set the following option in the Integration Manager eBay settings page:

- You must set up your tax rates in Quickbooks Commerce and they will calculate the order tax rate since Integration Manager cannot.

Order Tax Treatment: Quickbooks Commerce Default
- We recommend you set up in Quickbooks Commerce whether your orders are tax-inclusive or tax exclusive. But you can override the default Quickbooks Commerce settings if needed or desired here.

Apply Tax to Shipping: Yes
- If your shipping costs are taxable, you must turn this setting on. Otherwise, leave it off.
- If your shipping costs are taxable, you must turn this setting on. Otherwise, leave it off.

Custom Tax Rate: If your shipping costs are taxable, you must enter the tax rate here. Quickbooks Commerce cannot apply its own tax rate to shipping costs.
