Quickbooks Commerce OMS - The access token was revoked
Problem
All interfaces to your Quickbooks Commerce account are failing with the message: ‘The access token was revoked.’
Solution
This can happen for several reasons if a change in Quickbooks Commerce removes Extensiv Integration Manager's access to your account. These instructions will quickly fix the issue and the services will resume automatically.
- Login to Integration Manager and go to the WMS Setup tab.
If you have Quickbooks Commerce connected as a shopping Cart instead of a WMS, go to the Carts tab.
- Click Remove Authorization.
- Click Grant Us API Access
- Follow any Quickbooks Commerce login steps.
- When complete, be sure to click Save on the Integration Manager screen.
