This article holds all Integration Management Release Notes for the 1st quarter of 2026.

 

 

 

March 25, 2026

Improvements

ClickBank Orders: Improves ClickBank order accuracy by ensuring that only the appropriate items are imported into Integration Management. This correctly filters ClickBank order line items to prevent duplicate SKUs from being added to orders.

Fixes

IM-8391 Order Management - Inventory Sync: Inventory syncing for Order Management accounts using Inventory Sync Mode: Per Warehouse is now working correctly.

iM-8392 Order Management - Shipment & Tracking Updates: Shipment confirmations and tracking numbers from Order Management now load reliably into Integration Management.

IM-4733 API - Ship Code Mapping: Ship code mappings now apply consistently to new orders sent via API and webhooks.

Improvements

Shopify Integration: We implemented Phase 1 of our Shopify integration improvements, focusing on enhanced order visibility and smoother multi‑channel operations. These updates are designed to increase accuracy, automation, and scalability for customers using Shopify with Extensiv Order Management.

Shopify Improvements:

  • New Settings and Configuration Options: “Download Fraud Analysis” and “Set POS Order Shipping Address."
  • New Financial Status Filter: Filter orders by financial state—Pending, Authorized, or Paid.
  • Additional Financial Fields Added: “payment_date”, “payment_status”, “amount_paid”, and “cart_original_order_date_ISO8601”
  • Order Source Now Matches Store Name: Shopify orders will now reflect the actual store name instead of a generic “Shopify” value. Custom order source values can still be configured if needed. This applies only to new Shopify connections. There will be no changes to existing connections.

Extensiv Order Management Improvements

  • New Settings: "Auto Ship POS orders" and "Load Sales Channel Cancellations"
  • New Buyer Information Fields: "buyerName", “buyerUsername”
  • Improved Split Order Handling: Tracking updates for split orders are now more reliable when sent back to sales channels.
  • Enhanced High‑Volume Order Processing: Faster and more efficient handling with large order volumes.
  • Automatic Sales Channel Creation: Sales channels created in Integration Management now automatically appear in Order Management and are auto‑linked for orders and inventory.
  • Clear Shopify Channel Identification: New Shopify sales channels will display as “Shopify” instead of “Custom” for easier recognition.
  • Location Mapping Support: If you use multiple locations in both Shopify and Order Management, locations can now be mapped in Integration Management to ensure accurate inventory updates and shipment notifications in Shopify.
  • Return Request Support: Returns created in ApparelMagic and Vend are now imported into Order Management.

New Order Field Support from CommerceHub: CommerceHub orders now include the ERPCusOrderNumber as an additional order‑level field.

Fixes

IM-7900 CommerceHub Shipping Address Fix: Resolved an issue where some CommerceHub orders were loading with a duplicate “Attention” line in the shipping address.

IM-4334 Improved Reliability for ChannelAdvisor Inventory Sync: Inventory updates are now more reliable during authentication refreshes, preventing missed SKU updates.

IM-8369 Improved Tax Accuracy for Shopify Orders: Enhanced how tax‑inclusive pricing from Shopify is handled when orders are sent to Extensiv 3PL Warehouse Manager.

Fixes

IM-8334 ApparelMagic: We fixed an error affecting a very large amount of orders being loaded at once.

IM-8328 CSV Cart: We fixed an issue wherein Excel order files were not being archived/deleted after loading from FTP server.

IM-8326 Integration Management: We fixed an issue where Oauth Setup Share links were not working for some account types.

Fixes

IM-8322 3PL Warehouse Manager: We fixed an issue when loading orders containing items with 0 quantity.

IM-8210 NetSuite: We fixed an issue where multi-package shipments are not flowing back to NetSuite.

IM-8134 Lightspeed: We fixed an issue with order tax fields passing incorrect pricing values.

IM-8316 Brightsites: We can now prevent duplicate shipping emails being sent

IM-8314 3PL Warehouse Manager: We have fixed an issue with having incorrect item level discount when loading orders

Unleashed: We have improved the customer matching for orders/customers with incomplete records

Fixes

IM-8140 ShipStation: Support for FleetOptics carrier has been added, addressing an issue wherein customers were sent incorrect tracking links.

DEAR: We have added a new Cart option allowing multi-package shipment handling

Fixes

IM-8181 Shopify: Fixed an issue where Shopify sends conflicting fulfillable item quantities, leading to items being skipped.

Improvements

TikTok: Additional fields have been loaded and passed, allowing additional details necessary for printing TikTok shipping labels. Discount handling has also been Improved.

Shopify: We have updated the Shopify API to version 2025-07

Fixes

IM-8240 Brightsites: We have implemented fixes to tracking upload.

IM-8086 Shippo: Fixed an issue where tracking records were loading without a carrier code

Improvements

DSCO: We've added support for the retailer, Academy Sports & Outdoors.

Fixes

IM-7908 Walmart: Fixed an issue with incorrect encoding in SKU during inventory sync. Now, SKUs that include space characters can be accommodated. 

IM-8243 Unleashed WMS: Fixed an issue with the loading of large batches of shipments. The system now paginates these batches correctly and asks for subsequent pages.

 

January 14, 2026

Improvements

Fishbowl WMS Integration Update: We’ve improved the Fishbowl integration by ensuring that the ‘requested_ship_date’ from Integration Management is correctly passed to Fishbowl as OrderDateScheduled.

New SCAC Code Added for AMZL: A new SCAC code, AMZL, has been added to the Mapped SCAC Code dropdown list.

Added Support for Carrier Jitsu: We’ve introduced support for the Jitsu carrier across multiple platforms, including Extensiv Order Manager, ShipStation, and Shopify. This enhancement allows you to generate tracking links for Jitsu shipments seamlessly.

WalmartPlus: API Update for Order Identification: We’ve updated our Walmart integration to include the new walmart_orderType field for Walmart+ orders. 

Zoho Inventory - Support for Locations: Zoho has transitioned from using Warehouses to Locations as an order source.

Prevent Overselling with OrderedNotAllocated Property: We’ve added an optional setting for 3PL Warehouse Manager connections to account for ordered-but-unallocated inventory. When enabled, the system subtracts ‘OrderedNotAllocated’ from available quantities, providing more accurate inventory levels to connected shopping carts.

Improved Handling of Closed Shipments in 3PL Warehouse Manager: Closed shipments will only be processed after all billing charges have been fully generated. Note: We have rolled this change back, so closed shipments will continue to process the same way they always have.

Fixes

IM-8175 Cin7 Core/Dear Stock Transfer Location Accuracy: Fixed an issue where stock transfers were incorrectly loaded from the wrong location. The system now ensures that only transfers with a matching From Location are processed.

IM-8157 Job Server Lock Release Issue: The system now automatically releases locks held by inactive servers, ensuring smooth job execution.

IM-8192 WooCommerce Order Run Failure: Fixed an issue where WooCommerce order runs were failing due to improper handling of the ‘shipping_total’ field when passed as an empty string.
