Extensiv's Early Access Program provides early access to new features in our Extensiv Sandbox environment before they are released in Extensiv.

3PL Warehouse Manager, Small Parcel, and Billing Manager release to our Extensiv environment on the second Wednesday of the month and release to our Sandbox environment on the fourth Wednesday of the month. New features will be available in Sandbox about two weeks before they are released live into your account.

Benefits of the Early Access Program

Extensiv’s Early Access Program offers many benefits and tools for you to take advantage of.  

• Consistent release schedule: 3PL Warehouse Manager and Small Parcel will release to both Extensiv and Sandbox on the second and fourth Wednesday of every month respectively. Plan around these consistent times to know when new features will be released and when the system will be down for maintenance.
• Increased testing time: New features will be released in Sandbox about two weeks before being released in Production. Use this time to become familiar with new features before applying them to your daily operations.
• Increased training opportunities: Utilize the Sandbox environment to train employees in features and processes without affecting your client accounts.

How to participate

To get access to your own Sandbox environment and participate in the Early Access Program, submit a request by filling out the form on the Extensiv Sandbox and Early Access page or contact your Customer Success Manager through email at customersuccess@extensiv.com.
