Unassigning a Rate From a Customer

This article is about the Billing Manager app, not the Billing Wizard in 3PL Warehouse Manager. To learn about the Billing Wizard, please refer to the articles in the Billing Setup

 

The following steps allows you to unassign a rate from a customer. 

  1. Open Billing Manager.
  2. Go to Customers.
  3. Select the desired customer from the list. 
  4. Click Edit
  5. Select the desired rate to unassign from the customer. 
  6. Hover to the right side of the rate and click the trash bin icon.

  7. Select Yes, Remove from Customer to confirm removal of rate.
