Navigating the Learn Page and Training Library

This article explains how to find, open, and track training content after signing in to Extensiv University.
The Learn page
This page allows you to:
- Switch between My Learning and Favorites tabs.

My Learning shows completed and ongoing training, while Favorites gives quick access to bookmarked courses.

- View In Progress and Completed training.
- A Browse Library button appears if you haven't started any courses.

- Sort In Progress training by Recent, Due Date, or Title.
- Review training statistics, including total hours spent and completed courses.
- This panel also shows the Assigned section, which displays only the onboarding or support-specific training content Extensiv has assigned to you.

- Select Browse Library to open the full training catalog.
Browsing the training library

This page displays the full range of training courses available to you. From here, you can:
- Filter by Types (Courses, Microlearning, Learning Paths), Authors, or Topics.
- Use the search bar to find courses by keyword.
Opening a training module
- Select a course thumbnail to open it.
- Scroll to view the full course content.
- Select Back To Library anytime to return to the catalog.

Adding a module to favorites
- Open the training module you want to save.
- Select Add To Favorites. The label changes to Added To Favorites.
You can find saved modules anytime under the Learn page's Favorites tab.
Frequently asked questions
How do I know when I've completed a course?
Completed courses move to the Completed section on the Learn page and display a checkmark on their thumbnail.
Where can I find my saved courses?
Go to the Learn page and select the Favorites tab.
