Manage Customers: Reactivating a customer now checks your active customer limit first, so you won't accidentally go over your plan's limit.

Small Parcel Suite

International Documents: Int'l Documents in Small Parcel Suite now print directly through QZ Tray, so you can send them straight to your printer.

UPS Ground Freight Pricing: Small Parcel Suite now supports UPS Ground Freight pricing for rates and labels.

Residential Address Setting: The residential address setting is now a drop-down instead of a checkbox, so you can also set it to Unknown.

Orders: You can now select valid states when entering shipment addresses for Colombia.

Order Import: Order imports now correctly leave the State/Province field blank for countries without State/Province data, preventing errors with shopping cart integrations that were previously caused by an invalid placeholder value.

Transaction Record: When Billing Manager is enabled, the Transaction Record report now uses accurate and complete billing data from Billing Manager. Access it from the Documents menu in Find Orders, Create/Edit Order, Find Receipts, or Create/Edit Receipt.

Order/Receipt Import: You'll now see a warning when importing an order or receipt file with a transaction that exceeds 2000 line items. We recommend splitting these into smaller transactions to avoid potential timeouts.

Webhooks: The Place on Hold webhook now includes SKU, Track-bys, and On Hold Reason in the message body. The Release from Hold webhook now includes the original On Hold Reason.
