Manage Items: We’ve made the following updates to our Manage Items features:

  • Tags: Item definitions now support tags — descriptive labels that can be assigned to items for classification and organization. To learn more, see our help center.
  • Tags CSV Export: When exporting item data, the CSV now includes a Tags column listing all tags assigned to each item, with multiple tags separated by a pipe character ( | ).

Create/Edit Order: We’ve made the following updates to our Create/Edit Order features:

  • Expected Delivery Date: A new Expected Delivery Date field has been added to the Routing section, allowing you to specify when an order should arrive at its Ship To destination.
  • Order Type: The Order Information section now includes an Order Type field with supported values of B2B, D2C, and FBA.

SmartScan Pick / Receipts: Multi-part GS1 barcode scanning is now supported across pick and receipt activities — including Receive Against ASN, Manage Receipts, and all pick-related workflows. To learn more, see our help center

Customer Notifies: All notifications with export attachments now include an option to exclude export data from the email body, giving you greater control over what recipients see in the email versus what is delivered as an attachment.

Reports: The descriptive text on the Reports > Customize page has been updated to more accurately explain how to create and upload custom report templates.

Webhooks: Webhooks that fail to deliver due to a timeout are now automatically retried, preventing events from being silently lost.
Barcode Definitions: MU Label and Quantity are now available as elements in SmartScan static barcode definitions, expanding configuration options for warehouse operations.

Small Parcel Suite

Pack and Ship: The "SKU Not Found" error message during the pack and ship process now remains visible for longer, giving packers more time to notice and respond to the error.

Audit Inventory : You can now select multiple audit jobs and export them into a single summary file. This makes it easier to review and share audit results for a customer without generating separate reports for each job.  Learn more about this update in our help article

Cycle Count: Cycle count audit jobs are now created earlier in the day—by 4:00 AM warehouse time—so they’re ready when your operations begin. This helps your team start counting without delays and keep workflows running smoothly.

Manage Warehouse: We’ve improved the layout of the Customization tab in Manage Warehouse to make settings easier to find and manage. Replenishment-related options are now grouped into their own dedicated section, helping you quickly locate and adjust replenishment settings. Additionally, the Cycle Count Settings has been renamed to Cycle Count.

User Roles: We’ve improved the experience when managing user roles by adding clearer guidance when a role can’t be deleted. If a role is still assigned to any users—even inactive ones—you’ll now see a message explaining why the Delete option isn’t available. This helps you quickly understand what’s preventing the action and avoid confusion when cleaning up roles.

Small Parcel Suite

Rate Shopping: Rate Shopping settings are now easier to manage by only showing carriers that are connected for a customer. This ensures you’re only selecting from carriers that are available for use.

SmartScan Printing with QZ Tray: SmartScan now supports QZ Tray as a print server for label printing. This update allows SmartScan to print through a dedicated print service, reducing disruptions caused by browser changes and improving long‑term printing stability. For more information, see Installing the QZ Tray Root CA Certificate on a SmartScan Device.

SmartScan Audit: Long audit job names are now easier to read in SmartScan Audit. The Audit Jobs grid dynamically uses available space and adjusts text sizing so more of each job name is visible at a glance, helping you quickly identify and manage audit jobs.

Create/Edit Orders: When creating or editing orders with Nepal addresses, you can now select from the correct State/Province values. This update ensures more accurate address entry and helps prevent shipping issues caused by missing regional information.

Small Parcel Suite

Small Parcel Suite Navigation: You can now access Small Parcel Suite directly from the WMS without switching between applications. Accessing Small Parcel Suite under Orders > Small Parcel makes it easier to manage parcel shipping, track packages, and configure parcel settings from the same workflow you already use for order processing.

Carrier Account Details in Small Parcel Grid: You can now quickly see carrier account details directly in the Small Parcel order grid, including the account nickname and account number. This makes it easier to confirm which carrier account is being used for each shipment without opening individual orders.
