3PL Warehouse Manager

Improvements

Inventory Audit: The Audit Inventory filter has been updated to include movable unit (MU) data when available. Now, you can filter specifically for jobs that include MU or Track-by data or view all jobs at once if the filter is turned off.

Returns: Returns have been moved under the Receipts menu option of 3PL Warehouse Manager. We’ve added an optional "Returns" column to the Find Receipts grid. This new column helps you quickly identify whether a transaction is a standard receipt or a return.

Attaching Files: Attaching files to transactions—like Orders, Receipts, Adjustments, and Assemblies—is now easier than ever. You can drag and drop files into the new, larger file attachment window. Preview images with a built-in zoom tool by hovering over them.

EDI 977: 3PL Warehouse Manager will now stop checking for EDI 977s for ASN and Receipt Advice if the 977 has not been received within 48 hours, reducing unnecessary notifications and retries.

Fixes

Inventory Audit: When counting inventory, locations marked as “Empty” now properly display the expected items with a quantity of zero. This ensures inventory can be adjusted out of those locations more easily and accurately.

Shopify Integration: We’ve resolved an issue with our Native Shopify Integration that caused duplicate reference number errors. Orders marked as “Complete” will no longer continue trying to re-import until they’re confirmed closed.

Improvements

Receive Item Images: You can view, edit, and remove image files attached to specific receive items in the Manage Inventory page. These images can be attached from 3PL Warehouse Manager or taken using SmartScan. Learn more about this feature in our help article

Audit Inventory: When you try to edit an audit job, the system will now check if the job is still open. This prevents issues where a job might appear open but is already being worked on.

Improved Order Allocation: The system now prefers to allocate inventory from the same location to reduce fragmented allocations. This helps keep inventory more organized.

Small Parcel Suite

Improvements

Enhanced Rate Shopping Markups: Rate shopping now includes any carrier markups in the estimates provided by carriers.

April 17, 2025

This release has been rescheduled. These features will be available in Sandbox during the afternoon of April 17th.

3PL Warehouse Manager

Improvements

Inventory Audit: We’ve made the following updates and improvements to our Inventory Audit features:

  • We have completed the Beta cycle for the updated Audit Inventory page, and have deprecated the previous version. The old version of this page is no longer available.
  • We added a new column to the Audit Jobs grid that displays the Closed Date for each audit job, and the left-side Warehouse filter to display the warehouse list in ascending alphabetical order.
  • We updated the grid filters for both Location- and Item-based audit jobs. For item-based audit jobs, we used the Location Name and Location Type filters that were previously available only for location-based audits. We also updated the data load for the Location grid to work like Find Orders. The grid loads up to 1000 rows by default. If more than 1000 locations exist, the grid will not load data to give you a chance to filter the data and reduce the number of rows. Alternatively, you can choose to load the entire data set, recognizing that this might take some time.
  • The home page is now more consistent with other pages in the WMS. We combined the action links into a Manage Menu; added an Options menu, which includes grid-related actions such as resetting the grid layout, clearing grid sorts and column-based filters, and exporting grid data; added a new "Are you sure" window when closing an audit job to help ensure a job is not closed accidentally.
  • The Review Audit grid now displays all locations that were part of an audit. Previously, only those locations that were counted were included in the review. Now, locations that were not counted are displayed. If a location was marked Empty during the audit, the Actual Qty column displays a zero (0) quantity. However, if the location was skipped (not counted) during the audit it is now marked as "Not Counted" in the Actual Qty column.
  • The Review Audit screen now displays notes captured in SmartScan while counting the audit. Those notes now appear above the grid so that information is available as you review and reconcile the variances found during the audit.
  • Capture Moveable Unit data as well as track-bys with an updated setting that previously specified only whether an auditor is required to capture track-by data. The label for the checkbox control has been updated to read "Capture MU and track-bys". This option is now selected by default when creating an audit job since it's not possible to reconcile audit jobs if counted inventory has assigned MUs or track-bys but that data was not captured during the audit. During an audit review, the MU data displays in the SKU column of the Review Audit grid along with the rest of the track-by data, such as Lot, Expiration, and Serial Number (S/N).
  • The "Review Audit" grid is now simplified and easier to use: we have removed the nested table in the grid, so each row in the grid now displays its associated Location as well as all data about the SKUs counted within that location.
  • The Audit Job grid on the home page better supports large data sets better. It now behaves similar to the Find Orders grid. On loading the page, the grid will populate with data if there are less than 1000 rows in the grid, if there are more than that, grid data will not load and users have a chance to filter the data set to make it smaller, or load the full data set, recognizing that loading the full data set might take some extra time. As part of this effort, we also updated the left-side Status filter to include a new option "Not Closed", which displays all audit jobs that are not yet closed. This new status is now the default when the Audit Inventory page loads.

SmartScan: Reprint damaged or missing MU labels in SmartScan. The option to do so is now available from the following locations: Main Menu > Reprint MU Label; Lookup MU (after scanning the MU you can click Print MU Label); Lookup Location (after scanning the location you can tap a specific row in the grid to display details and click Reprint MU Label); Lookup Item (after scanning the item you can tap a specific row in the grid to display details and click Reprint MU Label).

Include Shipping Cost Setting: Toggle whether to include shipping costs for individual accounts and customers instead of at the carrier level.
