Enhanced User Management: We’ve simplified the creation and management of user accounts. You can now manage user access and roles in one place—no need to navigate between separate applications. These changes apply specifically to 3PL Warehouse Manager, Billing Manager, and Order Management, while Warehouse Management and Integration Management remain unchanged.
To learn more, see our articles on Creating a New User and Modifying and Deleting User Accounts.
Life Vest Icon Removed: We’ve removed the life vest icon from the application. This update is part of a broader effort to improve access to resources. While the icon has been removed now, the Resource Center will be relocated to the Hub-level global navigation bar, where it will be easier to find and use.
3PL Warehouse Manager
Automated Cycle Count: We’ve added the ability to schedule audit jobs, or cycle counts, in 3PL Warehouse Manager. Learn more about setting up cycle counts in our Help Center.
- Warehouse-level settings: On the Manage Warehouse page, you can now set the maximum number of automated audit jobs generated per day. Leaving this value blank or set to zero means there’s no daily limit. Note that you should consider this value carefully because setting it too low could cause you to fall behind in your cycle counting and result in missed SLAs with your customers.
- Customer-level settings: On the Manage Customer page, a new Inventory tab lets you define default settings for automated cycle counts. These include enabling or disabling automated item-based audit counts, assigning jobs per warehouse, setting job priority, choosing to collect track-by and movable unit data, and including suggested locations with a configurable history size.
Audit Inventory Enhancements: We’ve added a new SKU column to the Audit Jobs grid, making it easier to identify the item associated with each item-based audit job. For location-based audit jobs, this field will remain blank.
Manage Users Deprecation: With the launch of User Management in Extensiv Hub, the Manage Users page in 3PL Warehouse Manager has been removed. To learn more, see our articles on Creating a New User in Extensiv and Modifying and Deleting a User Account in Extensiv.
SmartScan Pack Improvements: Packing orders with UPC scans is now faster and more efficient. A single UPC scan will now automatically open the correct order line, validate the SKU, and increase the quantity based on the units tied to that UPC—whether primary, secondary, or packaging.
Billing Manager
Removal of User Management Interface: We’ve removed the User Management interface from Billing Manager as part of our ongoing migration to centralize user management in Hub. All user management tasks should now be performed in Hub for a more streamlined experience.
To learn more, see our articles on Creating a New User in Extensiv and Modifying and Deleting a User Account in Extensiv.
Customer Dropdown on Invoices Page: We’ve added a customer selection dropdown on the Invoices page to support users who have access to multiple customers. This allows users to easily filter and view invoices by customer, improving navigation and usability.
Item Update Events for Recurring Storage: We’ve added functionality in Billing Manager that automatically clears cached items when updates are made in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). This ensures that Billing Manager always reflects the most accurate data when generating charges.

3PL Warehouse Manager
Improvements
Audit Inventory: Identify the customer associated with a counted SKU if that SKU is used by multiple customers with a new "Customer" column we’ve added to the Review Audit grid.
Manage Inventory: We’ve made updates to prevent accidental repeated clicks when removing inventory from hold. For inventory in a quarantine location, the buttons in the warning message are now disabled until the action finishes. For all other locations, the Hold button above the inventory grid is disabled until the action is complete.
Classic Returns: The classic Returns page has been fully deprecated, so we have removed the link to classic Returns from the left navigation menu.
Packing Materials: Added an optional Unit Cost column to the Packing Materials grid.
Customer Error Log: Improved the error message associated with failed receipt imports to provide more information if the failure is due to the import file being inconsistent with the import file parsers enabled for that customer.

3PL Warehouse Manager
Improvements
Audit Inventory Filters: Easily filter out your inactive locations with a new "Hide Inactive" filter above the Locations grid in the Create and Edit Audit Job windows. Note that it's possible to set both the “Hide Inactive” and column filters in a way that displays nothing in the grid, so we recommend using one or the other.
Audit Inventory Logic: Locations can now be in multiple audit jobs to support locations being in the same location- and item-based job, and in multiple item-based audit jobs to support multiple items per location using updated logic.
SmartScan Receipts: Quickly search and select from your list of SKUs without using barcodes, using the new intelligent SKU lookup for inventory receipt workflows.
Reprint Moveable Unit Labels: You can now select your custom label templates when reprinting movable unit labels.
Fixes
Item Alias Imports: When 3PL Warehouse Manager is importing item aliases, the Import button is now disabled, and a "progress spinner" displays over the Aliases to Import grid to prevent system errors from occurring.
