Improvements

Payment Processing: Invoices can now be marked as paid when manually entering payments of $1,000 or more. Manual payments of any amount are supported, with accurate balance calculations for partial payments.

Small Parcel Suite

Improvements

Alphabetical Printer Selection: Printers in the printer selection dropdown are now listed alphabetically, making it faster to find the right printer.

TW-30002 Small Parcel Suite Filter Persistence: Resolved an issue where creating a batch from the High Volume Processing page could reset order filters previously applied on the Small Parcel Suite grid.

TW-38242 Auto Rate Shop Markup Configuration: Resolved an issue where auto rate shopping mappings could sometimes be removed without the user deleting them.

Billing Manager

Improvements

Published Invoice Grid: The grid now displays each invoice's remaining balance and status (Open, Paid, or Overdue) so you can quickly see payment progress.

Invoice Details Page: The page now shows an invoice’s remaining balance and payment details, making it easy to track outstanding amounts and payment activity.

Manual Payment Adjustments: You can now add or remove manual payment records on an invoice. The system automatically updates balances and payment status to keep tracking accurate. See Partial Invoice Payments for more information.

Multi-Invoice Payment Balances: You can now see remaining balances when paying multiple invoices at once.

BM-9231 Billing Charge Sync: Resolved a delay in syncing confirmed warehouse transactions to Billing Manager charges. 

BM-9032 Smart Flat Rate: Fixed an issue preventing Smart Flat Rates with multiple conditions from saving.

3PL Warehouse Manager

Improvements

Manage Items: We’ve made the following updates to our Manage Items features:

• Tags: Item definitions now support tags — descriptive labels that can be assigned to items for classification and organization. To learn more, see our help center.
• Export/Update Item: You can now export and update additional item fields through Item Export and Update Items, including Receive Onto Hold, Pick Line Replenishment, Bulk Storage Replenishment, and Tags. Multiple tags can be added to an item by separating them with a comma. 

Create/Edit Order: We’ve made the following updates to our Create/Edit Order features:

• Expected Delivery Date: A new Expected Delivery Date field has been added to the Routing section, allowing you to specify when an order should arrive at its Ship To destination. 
• Order Type: The Order Information section now includes an Order Type field with supported values of B2B, D2C, and FBA. 

SmartScan Pick / Receipts: Multi-part GS1 barcode scanning is now supported across pick and receipt activities — including Receive Against ASN, Manage Receipts, and all pick-related workflows. To learn more, see our help center. 

Customer Notifies: All notifications with export attachments now include an option to exclude export data from the email body, giving you greater control over what recipients see in the email versus what is delivered as an attachment.

Reports: The descriptive text on the Reports > Customize page has been updated to more accurately explain how to create and upload custom report templates.

Webhooks: Webhooks that fail to deliver due to a timeout are now automatically retried, preventing events from being silently lost. 

Barcode Definitions: MU Label and Quantity are now available as elements in SmartScan static barcode definitions, expanding configuration options for warehouse operations.

TW-36231 SmartScan Lookup: Resolved an issue where custom label templates weren't printing data correctly when printing MU labels via Lookup.

TW-36255 SmartScan Receipts: Resolved an issue in Manage Receipts where users couldn't add a line item with no movable unit after a previous line item that included one.

TW-36800 Find Orders: Resolved an issue where changing Freight Charge Terms to Collect in the Edit BOL utility wasn't reflected in the resulting PDF.

TW-36836 Items: Added square meters (Sq M) as a supported unit of measure, with support for decimal values.

TW-36983 SmartScan Pack: Resolved an issue in Pack from Shelves where a long SKU value could push the "successfully packed" checkmark out of view.

TW-37062 SmartScan Pick for Load Out: You can now look up staging locations after typing just two characters instead of three.

TW-37221 SmartScan Receipts: Resolved an issue where mass-printed MU labels for items outside the current page showed empty data fields.

TW-37705 Grid Keyboard Navigation: Resolved an issue that prevented using the keyboard to navigate grids in 3PL Warehouse Manager.

TW-38450 REST API: Resolved an issue with the OrderPacked endpoint that could report inconsistent weight values for orders with multiple line items.

TW-36889 Purchase Orders: Resolved an issue where a purchase order's Creation Date was modified if changes to the PO were made after closing it.

Small Parcel Suite

Improvements

Pack and Ship: The "SKU Not Found" error message during the pack and ship process now remains visible for longer, giving packers more time to notice and respond to the error.

Parcel Tracking: You can now track shipments created in Small Parcel Suite once a shipping label has been generated. Shipment progress is displayed using normalized statuses, so you no longer need to interpret carrier-specific codes. This feature is currently in Open Beta. To learn more, see our help center. 

Fixes

TW-38178 Label Printing: Resolved an issue where ZPL label printing could silently fail for shipments with 10 or more packages.

TW-38273 Packaging Selection: Resolved an error that occurred when selecting packaging for multi-box orders with special characters in the package definition name.

3PL Warehouse Manager

Improvements

Replenishments: We've made the following updates to our Replenishments feature. To learn more, see our help center. 

• You can now manually generate a move request to replenish a pickable location before it hits its minimum, right from the Move menu in SmartScan when Replenishment is enabled.
• Replenishment now supports multiple SKUs per replenishable location, using min/max settings defined on each item, for more flexible pick line and bulk storage configuration.
• You can now set Pick Line Min/Max, Bulk Storage Min/Max, or both when configuring Replenishment — no need to fill in settings for storage types you're not using.

Small Parcel Suite

Improvements

Pack and Print Packing Slip Scan Action: A new "Pack and Print Packing Slip" action is now available in the Barcode Cheat Sheet. Operators can pack an order and print its packing slip in a single scan, speeding up fulfillment workflows without needing to generate a shipping label.
