Billing Manager

Improvements

Stripe: We've made a few enhancements to the Stripe functionality.

  • Accounts: You can now manage your Stripe account without leaving the platform. View and update account details, respond to verification requests, and stay informed with real-time notifications when action is needed.
  • Account Verification: Verifying your bank account is now clearer and more reliable with improved support for confirming small test deposits. This helps you complete payment setup with greater confidence.

CSV Exports: CSV exports now fully support recurring flat rate entries, preventing errors during download. This update ensures your rate data exports smoothly and consistently, even when using recurring pricing structures.

PDF Exports: PDF exports now recover more smoothly if a request stalls. When an export takes too long, the system automatically retries it, helping reduce failures and ensuring you get your documents without having to try again.

Rates: Easily download all your rate data in a single file, including customer and rate sheet rates. This makes it faster to review, share, and manage your billing information outside the system.

Item Updates: Item updates now reflect correctly in the API without showing outdated settings. This improvement ensures your item data stays current and aligned with the latest configuration changes, helping prevent confusion and data inconsistencies

Fixes

BM-8852 Charge Updates: Logging in while charges are updating no longer causes interruptions. This fix ensures you can continue working without getting stuck, even during ongoing background processes.

Improvements

SmartScan Printing with QZ Tray: SmartScan now supports QZ Tray as a print server for label printing. This update allows SmartScan to print through a dedicated print service, reducing disruptions caused by browser changes and improving long‑term printing stability. For more information, see Installing the QZ Tray Root CA Certificate on a SmartScan Device.

SmartScan Audit: Long audit job names are now easier to read in SmartScan Audit. The Audit Jobs grid dynamically uses available space and adjusts text sizing so more of each job name is visible at a glance, helping you quickly identify and manage audit jobs.

Create/Edit Orders: When creating or editing orders with Nepal addresses, you can now select from the correct State/Province values. This update ensures more accurate address entry and helps prevent shipping issues caused by missing regional information.

Fixes

TW-36933 Manage Items: Resolved an issue where packaging dimensions were not properly saved when the Packaging UOM was unspecified, ensuring item data is stored correctly.

TW-37382 Reports: Resolved an issue where Master Pick Tickets failed to print MU labels for SKUs appearing on only a single order, ensuring more complete and accurate pick documents.

TW-36650 Order Hold: The Ship and Close Order option is now correctly disabled to prevent unintended processing of orders that are on hold.

TW-36577 Audit Inventory: Fixed an issue where cycle count notifications for exceeding the “Max jobs per day” limit did not reset properly between days. Notifications now reflect current activity more accurately when automatically creating item-based audit jobs.

TW-36587  Adjust Inventory: Resolved an issue where only a limited number of inventory lines (up to 50) were displayed in the Select Receive Item grid during inventory reduction. All available inventory is now visible for selection.

TW-35932 Create/Edit Receipt: Resolved an issue where no confirmation was shown after calculating receipt charges. A success message now appears, providing clear feedback when the process is complete.

TW-37254 Find Orders: Resolved an issue where Pickup Date/Time could not be cleared when editing orders, allowing greater flexibility when updating order details.

TW-36934 Manage Items: Resolved an issue where the UOM configuration warning could become stuck on screen, allowing users to dismiss the message and continue updating item settings.

TW-36757 REST API: Resolved an issue that could cause delays when creating transactions through the REST API, improving response times for integrations and high-volume operations.

TW-36318 SmartScan Pick: Resolved an issue where users could not short pick orders in Pick for Load Out. Workers can now complete picks even when the full quantity is unavailable, helping keep workflows moving.

Small Parcel Suite

Improvements

Small Parcel Suite Navigation: You can now access Small Parcel Suite directly from the WMS without switching between applications. Selecting Small Parcel from the left navigation menu makes it easier to manage parcel shipping, track packages, and configure parcel settings from the same workflow you already use for order processing.

Carrier Account Details in Small Parcel Grid: You can now quickly see carrier account details directly in the Small Parcel order grid, including the account nickname, account number, and third‑party billing account (when applicable). This makes it easier to confirm which carrier account is being used for each shipment without opening individual orders.

Fixes

TW-37122 Export Data: Resolved an issue where Small Parcel exports included incorrect values in the Chosen Rate field. Exports now display only the actual rate for more reliable reporting.

3PL Warehouse Manager

Improvements

SmartScan Rapid Receiving: Quickly process receipts with new rapid receiving capabilities that streamline how you add and manage items during receiving. You can automatically add scanned items, carry over required field values, and reduce manual entry while building receipt line items more efficiently. Learn more about how to use Rapid Receiving in our help article. This feature is in closed beta; please contact your CSM if you’re interested in joining.

Replenishments: We’ve made a few enhancements to give you more flexibility and control.

  • Manage Roles: You now have more flexibility in how replenishment work is managed through new role-based permissions. Warehouse admins can allow specific users to manually create replenishment jobs, even before minimums are reached, and enable overfilling when replenishing locations. These options give you tighter control over when and how replenishment happens on the warehouse floor.
  • SmartScan Replenishment: Replenishment now supports overfilling destination locations when needed. With the appropriate permission enabled, workers can move more inventory than originally requested, making it easier to respond to changing demand and reduce extra trips.
  • Manage Items: Replenishment configuration is now clearer and more powerful in Manage Items. Replenishment settings have been grouped into their own section, and you can now define minimum and maximum quantities for storage locations—separate from pick line settings. This helps ensure move requests are triggered at the right time and inventory flows more predictably between storage and pick locations.

3PL Warehouse Manager

Find Orders: The “Backup Filters" and "Restore Filters” functionality has been removed after we identified issues that could affect overall performance. These options are currently unavailable while we work toward a more stable implementation.

April 13, 2026

Due to a performance issue affecting 3PL Warehouse Manager, the April 8, 2026, release was reverted. The release was completed on April 13, 2026, without the SmartScan Rapid Receiving feature.

Note: This feature was included in the April 8, 2026 release but was reverted and is not part of the April 13, 2026 deployment.

Cross-Customer Pick Jobs: Cross-Customer Pick Jobs are now available to all customers. Improve your picking workflows with a new setting that allows you to create pick jobs that contain orders from more than one customer. Learn more about setting up cross-customer pick jobs in our help article.

Deactivate Packing Materials: Deactivate package and insert definitions you don’t currently need to make it easier to manage the contents of the Packing Materials grid. Learn more about this feature in our Help Center.

Inventory Hold Webhooks: Create webhook notifications when inventory is placed on, or removed from, hold with the new Inventory Hold Event Type. For more information about webhooks, see our help article.

SmartScan Increased Line Item Display: We have updated the line item grid in both Manage Receipts and Receive Against ASN (RAASN) to better display the SKU in the grid. Most devices will display at least 12-20 characters of the SKU in the grid.

Fixes

TW-36891 Order Hold: Resolved an issue in Create /Edit Order where a user could manually add a Tracking # to an order even though it was on hold. This would constitute processing activity on the order and should be prevented as long as the order is on hold.

TW-36543 SmartScan Audit: Resolved an issue when counting inventory on movable units (MU) where scanning an MU into the Movable Unit field resulted in an error "Incorrect Item Scan".

TW-36187 Audit Inventory: Resolved an issue where locations included in an ongoing item-based audit could not be added to a location-based audit. Locations can be part of both ongoing item-based audit and a location-based audits, and multiple ongoing item-based audits (when there are multiple SKUs in a location), but cannot be part of two ongoing location-based audits.

TW-36131 SmartScan Pack: Updated outbound serialization to more effectively handle non-GS1 barcodes that are mis-identified as GS1 barcodes. If a scanned barcode is initially parsed as an invalid GS1 barcode, users can now choose to bypass the GS1 parsing and use the unparsed value as the serial number for the outgoing inventory. There is also a new setting, available from the Gear icon in the upper-right corner, where users can disable barcode parsing for the remainder of the serial numbers being captured for the current order line item. This makes the process more efficient if many serial numbers need to be captured and the parsing is mid-identifying the barcode as GS1

TW-35994 Reports: Updated the behavior of the Transfer Report, which displayed an incorrect time stamp at the top, whih made it look like the End Date specified for the report was not included in the report results. Previously the End Date on the report specified the end date selected by the user with 12:00:00AM, when it should have displayed 11:59:59PM so it was clear that all transfers occurring on the specified End Date were included in the report.

TW-35808 SmartScan Pick: Resolved an issue that resulted in the user receiving a 400 error, Cannot pick more than quantity yet to be picked. This error occurred only when trying to pick a single SKU where the allocated inventory was split across different locations or MUs, and less that a full Secondary unit quantity, as specified in the item definition, was allocated from each location/movable unit.

TW-36383 Find Orders: Resolved an issue related to the Short-Picked grid column where the column data was updated even though the associated pick job was still in progress and a Pick Done Date was not assigned to the order. This update now waits to report the short-picked status until the pick job is actually complete to avoid confusion when looking at Find Orders while the pick job is still in progress.

TW-35650 Create/Edit Order: Resolved an issue when specifying an address (Ship To, Bill To, Sold To) in the country of Chile, where the State/Province/Region drop-down did not populate with any available values.

Small Parcel Suite

Fixes

TW-37068 Parcel Tracking Grid: Resolves an issue where the pill background was missing on orders with unknown statuses.

TW-36643 Small Parcel Addresses: Resolves an issue where addresses weren’t updated correctly. The system now resets the value for isResidentialAddress to 'unknown' when an address is updated.

TW-36011 International Non-Delivery: Resolved a bug where if nothing is selected for International Non-Delivery, we'll default to "Treat as Abandoned".

TW-35332 Prepaid Shipping Labels: Resolves an issue where if you entered an account number on an order that was not connected to Small Parcel Suite, but there was a different account for that same carrier connected to Small Parcel Suite, the order would ship against that account.
