Extensiv 2025 Q4 Release Notes

3PL Warehouse Manager
Manual Charge Adjustments for Billing Manager: You can now create ad hoc manual charges directly in 3PL Warehouse Manager when using Billing Manager. Similar to Charge Adjustments available for Billing Wizard, these charges are not associated with a specific transaction, and let workers apply charges for atypical tasks performed on the customer's behalf. Learn more about managing charge adjustments in our help center.
REST API Enhancements for Stock Visibility: The ordersummaries endpoint now includes an OrderedNotAllocated parameter that helps identify how much inventory is needed to fulfill existing unallocated orders. You can also use the new orderednotallocated query flag to include this calculation in the stocksummaries request. Because calculating this value can increase processing time, we recommend using it only when assessing inventory availability for new orders to help prevent overselling.
Short Picked Column in Find Orders: The Find Orders grid now includes a Short Picked column that shows whether an order was picked with fewer quantities than originally allocated. This indicator appears for orders picked using SmartScan, helping you quickly identify orders that need review to ensure shipments accurately match what was picked.
Attached Files Columns in Find Orders and Receipts: You can now quickly see whether orders or receipts have files attached with the new Attached Files column in both the Find Orders and Find Receipts grids, making it easier to confirm that supporting documents are linked to your transactions at a glance.

3PL Warehouse Manager
Fixes
Reports: We added more data caching related to report definitions to help reduce load on infrastructure servers running Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), which has been a source of performance degradation for 3PL Warehouse Manager as a whole. This update is part of a broader set of updates being made to limit the potential impact of SSRS on system performance during the 2025 busy season.

Extensiv Hub
Enhanced User Management: We’ve simplified the creation and management of user accounts. You can now manage user access and roles in one place—no need to navigate between separate applications. These changes apply specifically to 3PL Warehouse Manager, Billing Manager, and Order Management, while Warehouse Management and Integration Management remain unchanged.
To learn more, see our articles on Creating a New User and Modifying and Deleting User Accounts.
Closed Beta Shipping Analytics: We introduced the Shipping Analytics page—a powerful new tool designed to help you monitor and optimize your shipping operations with ease.
- Total Shipments & Distance Metrics: Instantly view overall shipment counts and the average shipping distance at a glance.
- Interactive Order Distribution Map: Explore shipment density across the U.S., color-coded by shipping zones for quick geographic insights.
- Warehouse Performance: Compare average shipping distances and order volumes by warehouse to identify opportunities for efficiency.
- Zone-Based Order Analysis: Break down order counts by shipping zone and customer to better understand delivery patterns and costs.
To learn more about Shipping Analytics, see our article on Understanding the Shipping Analytics Page and contact your CSM if you're interested in participating in the beta.
Life Vest Icon Removed: We’ve removed the life vest icon from the application. This update is part of a broader effort to improve access to resources. While the icon has been removed now, the Resource Center will be relocated to the Hub-level global navigation bar, where it will be easier to find and use.
3PL Warehouse Manager
Automated Cycle Count: We’ve added the ability to schedule audit jobs, or cycle counts, in 3PL Warehouse Manager. Learn more about setting up cycle counts in our Help Center.
- Warehouse-level settings: On the Manage Warehouse page, you can now set the maximum number of automated audit jobs generated per day. Leaving this value blank or set to zero means there’s no daily limit. Note that you should consider this value carefully because setting it too low could cause you to fall behind in your cycle counting and result in missed SLAs with your customers.
- Customer-level settings: On the Manage Customer page, a new Inventory tab lets you define default settings for automated cycle counts. These include enabling or disabling automated item-based audit counts, assigning jobs per warehouse, setting job priority, choosing to collect track-by and movable unit data, and including suggested locations with a configurable history size.
Audit Inventory Enhancements: We’ve added a new SKU column to the Audit Jobs grid, making it easier to identify the item associated with each item-based audit job. For location-based audit jobs, this field will remain blank.
Manage Users Deprecation: With the launch of User Management in Extensiv Hub, the Manage Users page in 3PL Warehouse Manager has been removed. To learn more, see our articles on Creating a New User in Extensiv and Modifying and Deleting a User Account in Extensiv.
SmartScan Pack Improvements: Packing orders with UPC scans is now faster and more efficient. A single UPC scan will now automatically open the correct order line, validate the SKU, and increase the quantity based on the units tied to that UPC—whether primary, secondary, or packaging.
Billing Manager
Removal of User Management Interface: We’ve removed the User Management interface from Billing Manager as part of our ongoing migration to centralize user management in Hub. All user management tasks should now be performed in Hub for a more streamlined experience.
To learn more, see our articles on Creating a New User in Extensiv and Modifying and Deleting a User Account in Extensiv.
Customer Dropdown on Invoices Page: We’ve added a customer selection dropdown on the Invoices page to support users who have access to multiple customers. This allows users to easily filter and view invoices by customer, improving navigation and usability. This update only applies to customers of our 3PL users.
Item Update Events for Recurring Storage: We’ve added functionality in Billing Manager that automatically clears cached items when updates are made in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). This ensures that Billing Manager always reflects the most accurate data when generating charges.
