Improvements

Inventory Audit: We added a warning message when Confirming Reconciliation to inform you that the reconciliation process ignores inventory that’s not in a valid location. 

Manage Packing Materials Grid: Quickly see the current quantity of tracked packing materials or inserts with a new column in the Packing Materials grid.  

Find Orders Grid: Filter orders by custom fields using the new optional custom fields column in the Find Orders grid, which displays comma-separated lists of the custom fields associated with your orders. 

Replenishing MUs: The Replenishments feature now better supports replenishing “full MU” quantities. Move requests for pick line and bulk storage now move entire MU (full pallets).

Manage Inventory: We have restricted the number of receive items you can alter the hold status to 1000 to prevent web browser timeouts. The ‘Place on Hold’ window will also remain open until the Hold process is complete to prevent duplicate hold requests. 

SmartScan Replenishment: The inventory list for move requests is more efficient by grouping pick lines in move requests by moveable unit and combining identical pick lines into a single pick line with a quantity that is the sum of the combined pick lines.  

Replenishment: 3PL Warehouse Manager now updates a pick line location’s Min and Max values to match its corresponding items’ ‘Pick line Min’ and ‘Pick line Max’ values.

SmartScan Camera: Updated the Pick For Loadout to add camera support from the Loadout pane, which is where it's most needed.

Bug Fixes

Stock Status Report: Resolved an issue with the default Stock Status report template where it was regularly timing out with large amounts of inventory. 

SmartScan Pack: Resolved an issue when modifying package dimensions and weights where those updated values were not properly saved, which resulted in reports displaying the default values instead of the modified values.

Receipts: Resolved an issue where updating the MU Type when creating or editing a receipt line item was not properly saved. The original MU type was not overwritten by the updated value.

SmartScan Pick: Resolved an issue when reallocating at pick time with inventory that has an expiration date where SmartScan could throw an error if the expiration date recorded in the WMS included a time component other than 00:00:00. We now ignore the time portion of the recorded expiration date since the scanned barcodes only include a date.

Replenishment: Resolved an intermittent issue where it was possible for the system to allocate twice the specified quantity on an order line item.

Pick for Load Out: Resolved an issue where the option to select a destination MU was not appearing when picking the remainder of an MU in the Pick for Load Out process.

Replenishment: Resolved an issue where you could receive an error when attempting to replenish a pick line location for a customer with Movable Units set to "Required". This is due to the fact that replenishment doesn't move MUs when replenishing pick line locations. To resolve this discrepancy, replenishment move requests now ignore "Require Movable Units" when replenishing to a pick line location.

SmartScan Replenishment: Resolved an issue where the Replenishment option remained accessible for users after all Replenishment-related permissions were removed from their user role. Note that changing permissions requires the user to log out / log in so SmartScan can get the updated permissions.

Billing Manager

Improvements

Invoices: Publish or unpublish up to 25 invoices at the same time.

Detailed PDF Invoices: We set the format of the amount to include two decimal places.  

Customer Warehouse Info: We added the warehouse time zone and unit of measurement to the warehouse display.  

Rate Builder: We made a few updates to the ‘Ship to State’ rate condition.  

• We removed limitations on using the 'Ship to State' rate condition. You can now pair it with other conditions as needed.  
• State is now an optional field when using Country/State condition.

Bug Fixes

Rate Builder: Resolved an issue with using 'Does not equal' as an operator when selecting a state or country as a condition.

Payment Wallet: Resolved an issue with sharing the payment credentials to other users.  

Charges: Resolved an issue with locked charges. We removed the 'Locked' tagging for charges that are both 'Invoiced' and 'Unpublished', allowing you to edit these charges.
