3PL Warehouse Manager
Order Hold: We added an option to place an order "on hold", which prevents further processing of that order. For more information about putting orders on hold, see our help article.
Cross-Customer Pick Jobs: Improve your picking workflows with a new setting that allows you to create pick jobs that contain orders from more than one customer. Learn more about setting up cross-customer pick jobs in our help article. This feature is in closed beta; please contact your CSM to turn this feature on.
Eliminate Release Downtime: We have updated our code base to eliminate the need for downtime when releasing updates for any of the "Classic" pages and functionality in 3PL Warehouse Manager. This change will significantly benefit those with round-the-clock operations and those with warehouses outside of North America. Note that this change does not eliminate the need for occasional downtime releases related to database updates, server hardware/software upgrades, etc. However, it does mean that going forward, our standard release will no longer disrupt ongoing use of 3PL Warehouse Manager.
Webhooks: We’ve added the following fields at the root of webhook payloads:
- EventDatetimeUtc
- WarehouseTransactionEventId
- CreateDatetimeUtc
Important note that EventDatetimeUtc will always contain the same value as the existing DateTime field. DateTime will be deprecated in July 2026, so you should switch to using EventDatetimeUtc before then.
WarehouseTransactionEventId and CreateDatetimeUtc exist solely for troubleshooting purposes and can be effectively ignored during webhook consumption.
Read more about our webhook payloads here.
Billing Details Webhooks: Updated the "Configure Webhooks Notifications" screen to hide the "Billing Details" as a Resource Option if the 3PL is using Billing Manager, for which this option isn't supported.
Manage Items: We now display a warning when saving changes to an existing item if those changes include modifications to any settings in the Units of Measure tab. These kinds of changes can affect inventory quantity calculations for existing inventory, which might cause inaccurate inventory data that will persist until all inventory received prior to the change is fully depleted.
Master Pick Tickets: The ability to print master pick tickets from the Find Orders page is now disabled if the user has selected more than 10,000 orders in the grid. This limitation is necessary to protect the SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) infrastructure responsible for generating the master pick ticket, which is a shared resource across all 3PL Warehouse Manager customers.
SmartScan Receipts: Quickly search and select SKUs without needing to scan barcodes using our new intelligent SKU lookup for inventory receipt workflows.
SmartScan Labels: Added support for the following additional variables when creating custom label templates for SmartScan: FacilityName, ReceiveDate, SkuDescription. The variables can be used to add additional data to your movable unit labels. Note that the ReceiveDate is the date the transaction was confirmed, so if you want to print that value on your labels, print from the Lookup module after the receipt has been confirmed.
Small Parcel Suite
Require Scan to Pack: Ensures better fulfillment accuracy by improving existing functionality around requiring users to scan each line item on an order when packing in the pack and ship screen. Read about how to use this feature here.

Small Parcel
Fixes
Improved SKU Search Behavior: We have improved how SKU searches behave within the Small Parcel workflow. SKU search results are now correctly limited to the currently selected warehouse.
Correct Residential Address Handling in Rate Shopping: We have resolved an issue where the system did not correctly pass the residential/commercial address flag into the rate shop request after performing address validation.
3PL Warehouse Manager
Fixes
SmartScan – Receiving Workflow Improvement: We resolved an issue in SmartScan where, after entering MU details, users had to tap back into the SKU field before each scan to increase the quantity of the same SKU.

Billing Manager
Improvements
C2 Billing Experience Improvements: Improved invoice and wallet handling for C2 users to ensure actions are scoped to the selected customer and billing behavior is more predictable.
New Payment Provider, Stripe: We’ve upgraded our payment provider to Stripe to deliver smoother, faster, and more reliable payment processing. To learn more, see our articles on Managing Payments Account and Setting Up Merchant Account.
Automated Customer Sync: Customer records now automatically sync from the WMS into Billing Manager, removing the need for manual customer creation or updates. See our article on Understanding Customer Sync Events in Billing Manager.
Fixes
Invoice and Wallet State Issues: Resolved issues where invoice selections or saved payment methods could appear for the wrong customer when switching contexts.
Duplicate and Invalid Customer Handling: Resolved issues where duplicate customers could be created or outdated customer states persisted.

Billing Manager
Fixes
Charge Analytics Accuracy: We’ve fixed an issue in the Charge Analytics dashboard that caused incorrect display and filtering behavior when viewing data by month.
Easier Setup for New Customers: You can now create rates for new customers even if a warehouse has not yet been assigned.
Clearer Custom Rate Experience: The option to duplicate Custom Rates has been removed from the Custom Rates grid.
Improvements
Automatic Locking of the Invoices and Charges Page During Async Jobs: To ensure data accuracy and prevent conflicting updates, the Invoice and Charges pages are now temporarily locked whenever a charge‑related async job is in progress. This prevents actions such as updating, publishing, or modifying invoices until the background task is complete.
Cleaner Charge Imports for Third Party Billing: Charges with a $0 total are no longer generated or imported for third party billed labels.
Improved Bulk Charge Updates: When updating charge statuses using the bulk adjustment tool, charges are now automatically de selected after the update completes.
