Small Parcel Shipment (SPS) Queries: AI chat now uses the small parcel ship date instead of the general order ship date when you explicitly ask about small parcel shipments. 

Timezone Accuracy: AI chat now uses your browser’s timezone, so time-based answers match your local time.

Search Bar Visibility: The Search bar no longer appears on the AI Activity page when there's no recorded data. 
 

Fixes

HUB-12686 AI Chat Feedback: Fixed an issue where some feedback submitted through chat wasn't being recorded. All submitted feedback is now captured.

HUB-12577 Order Total Lookup: Fixed an issue where AI chat returned no response or a "temporarily unavailable" error instead of the requested order totals.

HUB-12166 Source Link Accuracy: Fixed an issue where irrelevant or broken source links appear in AI chat answers outside the Extensiv knowledge base.

HUB-12205 Daily Average Accuracy: Resolved an issue where "average per day" questions returned a total count instead of the actual average.

HUB-12206 Consistent Order Totals: Fixed an issue where the same question about a customer's order totals returned different numbers within one conversation.

HUB-12247 Movable Unit (MU) Queries: AI chat now recognizes MU questions instead of returning "I couldn't understand that request."

HUB-12503 Multi-Customer Mentions: Fixed an issue that blocked message submission when mentioning more than one valid customer in AI chat.

HUB-12588 Error Log Download: Fixed an issue where no download link was generated when exporting error logs from the Admin App.

Improvements

AI Activity: Customers with a paid Extensiv AI subscription can now access a dedicated System Usage page from a new link in Company settings. From here, use the AI Activity panel to view a chart showing message activity for internal team members and customer organizations. Click Details for deeper insights.

Warehouse Count Validation: Users will now see a validation message when submitting uploads linked to more than 100 warehouses, preventing upload issues and aligning with existing limits.
 

Fixes

Space Issues: Fixed an issue where customer names with leading or trailing spaces could not be selected, ensuring smoother customer selection.
