PUMA-1360 Shipping Orders: Fixed an issue where Select All in the Shipping Orders grid highlighted orders without checking their boxes, preventing bulk printing.

Fixes

PUMA-25 Admin User Permissions Display: Removed an unnecessary View button from the Admin users' permissions screen. Since Admin users already have full access, the screen now displays only relevant actions.
