Testing Guide Checklist

This article outlines the steps that customers need to take to ensure that the data is flowing properly.

Preparation

  1. Products are imported from 3PL Warehouse Manager. 
  2. Listing SKUs are imported via Product Spreadsheet. 
  3. Sales Channels are configured in Order Management. 
  4. Orderbots are configured.

Testing

  1. Select one SKU from the product catalog and add a Listing SKU for a manual channel. 
  2. Inform 3PL that you will be sending over a test order.
  3.  Create a test order for a manual channel (recommend titling as “test” to ensure it is not accidentally shipped).

Validation

  1. Order successfully triggered necessary Orderbots. 
  2. Order successfully moved from Awaiting 3PL Export to Pending Fulfillment. 
  3. 3PL confirmed receipt of the test order. 
  4. 3PL "shipped" the test order, and the order successfully moved to "Shipped" status in Order Routing.
