Customizing the Mobile App

You can brand the Extensiv AI mobile app with your own logo and color. Once set, your customers see your logo on the app's load screen and in the header, and your chosen color is applied to buttons, links, and other accents throughout the app.

This is managed in the AI Mobile App Branding section of Extensiv AI settings.

Only users with the View Company permission can change these settings. Mobile app branding is available on the Premium tier of Extensiv AI.

Opening Branding Settings

  1. In Hub, navigate to Company.
  2. Click Extensiv AI.
  3. Scroll to AI Mobile App Branding.

You'll see two settings, each showing its current value: App icon (the logo) and Brand color.

Setting Your Logo

  1. Click App icon.
  2. Select the upload option, then drag a file into the drop zone or click browse files.
  3. Choose an SVG, JPG, JPEG, or PNG file.
  4. Click Save.

Setting Your Brand Color

  1. Click Brand color.
  2. Pick a color from the palette, or enter a specific Hex Code.
  3. Click Save.

Where Branding Appears

Your logo and color apply to the mobile app only — the Hub web experience is unaffected. After you save, users see the changes the next time the mobile app is opened:

  • Your logo on the load screen and in the app header
  • Your color on buttons, links, and accent elements
