Coming Soon

The Extensiv AI mobile app will be available in the App Store and Google Play next week.

Extensiv AI is available as a standalone mobile app for iOS and Android, giving you and your customers access to knowledge and live operational data from anywhere — no browser required. If your 3PL has customized the app, you'll see their logo and colors when you log in.

Downloading the App

iOS (iPhone and iPad)

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Search for Extensiv AI.
  3. Tap Get.

Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Search for Extensiv AI.
  3. Tap Install.

Logging In

Use the same credentials you use for Extensiv Hub. No separate account or setup is required.

If you can't log in, confirm with your administrator that your account has Extensiv AI enabled — see Enabling Extensiv AI for Users.

Starting a Conversation

1. Select Knowledge or Data mode. Knowledge mode answers process and how-to questions; Data mode queries your live operational data. See Using Extensiv AI for details on each mode.

2. Tap the Ask anything field and type your question, or start with a favorite prompt.

3. Tap send.

Asking a data question in Knowledge mode (or vice versa) returns an error. If a question fails, check the mode first.

To start a new chat thread, tap the + icon in the top-right corner. Conversations aren't saved between sessions — chat history clears when you close the app.

Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner to access:

  • Favorite prompts — your saved prompts, with an edit option to manage them.

Settings

Tap your profile in the bottom-left corner to open Settings:
