Monitoring AI Activity

The AI Activity report shows how much Extensiv AI is being used across your organization — how many messages your internal team and your customer organizations have sent, who's most active, and when they last used it. You can export any view as a CSV.

Who can access this: AI Activity is available on paid Extensiv AI plans, and a user must have the View Company permission to open it. This applies to everyone — operator and customer-organization users alike — so a customer-organization user without View Company won't see the AI Activity view, even for their own organization. 

For users who do have access, what they see depends on their organization. Users at the 3PL operator see activity for both their internal team and their customer organizations. Users at a customer organization see only their own organization's activity.

  1. From the left navigation, select Company.
  2. Click System Usage.
  3. On the System Usage page, find the AI Activity panel — a summary of the current month's messages, split between your internal team and your customer organizations.
  4. Click Details to open the full AI Activity page.

The AI Activity Page

The page has two tabs — Internal Team Members and Customers — with a usage period selector in the top-right.

  • Usage period defaults to the current month. Use the dropdown to switch to a prior month.
  • The page shows when activity was last updated. Click Refresh to pull the latest.

Internal Team Members

Message activity for everyone at your organization who sent an AI message during the selected period.

Column What it shows
User Employee name and email
Messages Message count, with a bar sized relative to the top sender
Last message Date of their most recent message in the period

Use Search users to filter by name or email, and Export to download a CSV.

Customers

AI activity rolled up by customer organization — one row per customer, totaling all their users for the period.

Column What it shows
Customer Customer name (clickable) and ID
AI Users Number of that customer's users who sent messages
Messages Total message count, with a bar
Last message Date of the most recent message from any of their users

Click a customer name to open that organization's detailed view. Use Export for a CSV of the summary.

Customer Detail View

Opening a customer shows that organization's activity:

  • Total users who used AI in the period, and total messages sent
  • A per-user breakdown with message count and last message date

Search by user name and Export to download. Use the breadcrumb (AI activity / Customer organization) to go back.

Exports

Each view exports independently, scoped to the selected usage period:

  • Internal Team Members — your team's data
  • Customers — the customer summary
  • Customer detail — per-user data for that one customer
