User Management Overview

User creation in Extensiv Hub is a two-step process. 

Step 1 - Creation of user account in Extensiv Hub

Step 2 - Management of user permission or roles in each application.

  • Add new users with Order Manager (formerly Skubana) permissions.
     
  • Add new users with Integration Manager (formerly CartRover) permissions.
     
  • Add new users with 3PL Warehouse Manager (formerly 3PL Central) permissions. 
     
  • Add New User with Warehouse Manager (formerly TopShelf) permissions

Glossary

Name Definition
Application refers to your Extensiv products such as Order Manager (formerly Skubana) and Integration Manager (formerly CartRover).
Extensiv Hub refers to the Extensiv platform with URL of https://app.extensiv.com/ 
Organization simply refers to the company you are a member of. 
Roles set of permissions assigned to a user account.  The role can be defined at a Hub level or at an application level. 
User Account refers to the individual that was added to Extensiv Hub
