Understanding Invoices
This article is about the Billing Manager app, not the Billing Wizard in 3PL Warehouse Manager. To learn about the Billing Wizard, please refer to the articles in the Billing Setup.
Overview
This article outlines the steps on how to view, publish, unpublish, and split invoices.Â
On this page, you can view a list of all generated invoices. You can filter the view based on customer, warehouse, date range, total amount range, and status. You can also export the invoices.
Display Limitation
At the moment, the application can only display 1000 invoices or fewer. If you want to see all the charges, you can download a CSV file.Â
Viewing invoice detailsÂ
To view the details of a specific invoice, select it from the Invoice List. On the right side of the page, you will see an overview of the invoice. To see all charges associated with the invoice, click See All Charges.
Publishing an invoice
When an invoice is not yet published, nothing has been sent to the customer. To publish an invoice, click the Publish Invoice icon.

You can choose to present the invoice to your customers in three ways:Â
• All Charges Selected
• Transaction Type (e.g., Shipping, Receiving)Â
• Category (e.g., Handling, Administrative)
Once you have chosen your preferred option, click Proceed.
Once an invoice has been published, it cannot be edited.

Unpublishing an invoice
If you find that a published invoice is incorrect, you can unpublish it. This won't delete the existing invoice, but it will create a new one that you can update and make the necessary changes to. After you've made the changes, you can republish it.

CSV
Beside the Customer Invoice tab is CSV. As previously mentioned, there are three options for presenting your invoices before publishing them. If you want to see the charges that rolled up to a specific invoice, click CSV and it will display them.
