My Company and Warehouses

The companies and warehouses that you have set up in Extensiv Order Manager will sync to Extensiv Warehouse Manager:

Product records in Order Manager will automatically sync to Warehouse Manager as part records.

Bundles / Kits

Bundle and Kit Components in Order Manager will flow to Warehouse Manager as Kit Children. By default, sales order lines for bundles or kits will sync to Warehouse Manager as is.

An optional feature is available to split these products into their components (e.g. an order for one ten-pack of mugs will instead show as QTY 10 single mugs)

To enable this feature, please contact your Extensiv representative.

Orders

Orders in Order Manager will sync to Warehouse Manager once the order is in an 'Awaiting Shipment' status.

Order Fulfillment

Once an order is synced to Warehouse Manager it will then be picked up via a handheld barcode scanner or with a mobile device (iPhone, Android, etc.). Order Manager will be updated with a status (‘Imported into Warehouse Manager’, ‘Partially picked’, ‘Fully picked’) in Custom Field 3.

Cancelled Orders

Orders canceled in Order Manager will be automatically canceled in Warehouse Manager. Orders will not be canceled if they have been partially picked by Warehouse Manager.

Shipments

Once and order has been shipped in Order Manager, the shipment information will flow to the order in Warehouse Manager.

Inventory

Inventory amounts are updated in Order Manager as they are changed in Warehouse Manager. Lots and serial numbers are not kept in Order Manager. The total number across all lot numbers and serial numbers will be sent from Warehouse Manager to Order Manager.
