ShipStation Pick Pack Integration
Shipstation Pick Pack Overview
This article reviews how to set up a ShipStation Classic integration in Warehouse Manager.
In this integration, order information is 'pulled' from ShipStation into Warehouse Manager. Be sure to generate your ShipStation API access keys, if you've never generated them before.
Shipstation Pick Pack Details
The purpose of this document is to outline the integration between Warehouse Manager and Shipstation. The integration is sold as is. Any customization or modification is subject to additional development and support costs. Please speak to your Warehouse Manager representative to discuss this.
Integration Cycle
The Shipstation to Warehouse Manager integration is automated and runs on a 10-minute cycle.
Products
Products are automatically synced from ShipStation to Warehouse Manager, providing that they have an SKU number associated with them in Shipstation. Products in Shipstation will be created when an order comes through Shipstation with that product on it. They can also be imported via the Shipstation import tool.

Updating Orders / Cancelling Orders
Updating Orders:
If you would like to update an order that has already been marked ‘IMPORTED INTO SCOUT’, first make the changes within the Shipstation order. When changes are complete clear the Custom Field 3 status in Shipstation. This will initiate any changes to be pushed to the existing order in Warehouse Manager.
Canceling Orders:
If an order is canceled in Shipstation it will be deleted automatically from Warehouse Manager, as long as the order has not been picked/shipped.
Splitting / Combining Orders
Splitting Orders
When splitting orders in Shipstation, the change will be reflected in Warehouse Manageras long as the orders have not been Picked in Warehouse Manager. The original order in Warehouse Manager will adjust to only include the remaining lines, and the new order will sync normally. No user interaction is needed for this to take place.
Combining Orders
When combining orders in Shipstation, the change will be reflected in Warehouse Manager. The surviving order in Warehouse Manager will remain and have the new lines added. The order that has been combined will be deleted from Warehouse Manager, providing the order has not already been picked.
