Understanding Customer Sync Events in Billing Manager

This article is about the Billing Manager app, not the Billing Wizard in 3PL Warehouse Manager. To learn about the Billing Wizard, please refer to the articles in the Billing Setup.

 

When a customer is added in 3PL Warehouse Manager, it will automatically sync to Billing Manager and appear in the Customer tab. Any modifications to existing active customers, including delete events, will also be synchronized back to Billing Manager.
