Reprinting MU Labels in SmartScan

This feature is only available in Sandbox currently. It will be available to all SmartScan users after May 14, 2025.

You can reprint lost or damaged MU labels directly from the Lookup screen in SmartScan. This screen allows you to search by MU, item, or location using a dropdown menu. Once you locate the correct MU, you can reprint its label from the results.

Reprint an MU label

  1. Select the correct Warehouse from the ‘Warehouse’ drop-down in SmartScan.
  2. Select Lookup.
  3. Use the dropdown to select MU Label, Item, or Location.
  4. Scan or enter the identifier for the selected type.
  5. If you selected MU, tap Print MU Label below the SKU grid. Otherwise, select the relevant row for the Item or Location you scanned in the results grid to open the details window, then tap Print MU Label.
