Up to 30 minutes of downtime is anticipated between 20:00 and 20:30 PT (23:00 and 24:00 ET)
Improvements
TOP-2759 – API: This enables the customer to change the serialized asset from one part to another via API. During the inventory update call, the part name is updated when the asset bin is updated. The API will switch the asset to a part that already exists.
Fixes
TOP-1128 – Parts: An update has been made on how parts are filtered. Previously if a value was entered in the filter, it would filter out all parts that have no tags, along with parts that do not contain the value. Now it should include all parts that have no tags assigned as well.
TOP-2826 – Parts: Resolved an issue with an error message associated with creating the parts view and saving it. The users should now be able to save a new view for parts without any issues.
Syncing between Warehouse Manager and Order Manager
TOP-2991 – Sync: For customers using both Warehouse Manager and Order Manager, this solves mismatches in Sales orders and Purchase orders between both systems. This is done by an additional syncing between Warehouse Manager and Order Manager.
Since both customers are seeing discrepancies due mostly, or at least in part, to sales orders and purchase orders not being fully completed in both systems, we will get a list of SOs and POs that are older than a week that was started and not completed in Warehouse Manager.
We will then query Order Manager for the status of these orders in it. If they are received, canceled, voided, or shipped in Order Manager, it will deallocate and complete the orders in Warehouse Manager. It will also flag SKUs that were on these orders to compare and resync again. This will then prevent discrepancies caused by orders being allocated in Warehouse Manager but completed or canceled in Order Manager.
