Subscription Orders through Extensiv Integration Manager
Subscription orders are handled differently by every order source, but the way Extensiv Integration Manager handles them is always the same. If your order source follows these rules below for subscription orders, they will work with Integration Manager.
For each order source, Integration Manager always pulls new orders and sends them to the WMS for fulfillment. Integration Manager does not track any subscription data for you.
For your subscription customers, you must ensure that your shopping cart generates a new order every time that customer should get a new subscription shipment. This way Integration Manager will see a new order for the customer and load it in. If your shopping cart does not generate a new order for each subscription shipment, the order will not be re-pulled and loaded into Integration Manager.
