500 Error
If you see a 500 error for any Extensiv connections, this means the system we are connecting to has had an internal error. Unfortunately these errors are out of Integration Manager's control.
They can be caused by anything, but essentially mean that when Integration Manager tried to connect to their system, their system had an unexpected failure.
To resolve a connection with a 500 error, the first step is always to reach out to the cart or warehouse that has triggered the 500 error and ask them to investigate the error on their side. They will either be able to fix the issue, or suggest a workaround that Integration Manager may be able to implement.
