How to Resend Order to Warehouse
Resending Orders
Extensiv Integration Management can retransmit a previously sent order to your warehouse or WMS if needed.
This action can only be done if the order is already at the WMS, or the sending was previously canceled. If the option is unavailable, Integration Management is in the process of sending the order to the WMS. Verify that the order has no error and confirm that the Order Delivery service at your merchant level is activated.
Step-by-step guide
- Find the order in the Integration Management Orders tab. You can search by date and order number.
- Click on the order to pull up the details.
- From the Actions menu, select To WMS > Resubmit to WMS.
- The next time the order interface runs, the Integration Management will attempt to resend this order to your warehouse.
