How to Access and Navigate Ideas Portal

How to access the Ideas Portal

Follow the steps below to open the Ideas Portal.

  1. Open and login to Extensiv.
  2. Click the question mark at the top right and you will open the Resource Center.
  3. Select Product Ideas. 
  4. Click Open Portal and you will be taken to the Ideas Portal.

How to navigate the Ideas Portal

  1. Click on the various product names to navigate to its Portal.
  2. Click on the Status tabs to see the Ideas under each of the statuses.
Tab Timeline Intent
Gathering Feedback 2 Quarters away, up to 18 months This tab is for collecting your feedback, validating ideas, and understanding priorities for projects and initiatives planned for the near future (2+ quarters ahead) and beyond. It includes ideas that are in the early stages of consideration and require input from you to shape their development.
 
On the Roadmap Current and next Quarters This tab highlights what the Extensiv team is actively working on during the current and upcoming quarters. It communicates ongoing projects and initiatives to you while providing transparency and keeping you informed about current efforts.​
Released Recently released features This tab showcases projects and features that have been recently released. It helps you stay updated on the latest developments and improvements that are now available for use.​
  1. Click on an Idea to show more details.

     
  2. You can vote by clicking any of the three buttons:
    1. Must have - This feature is important to you and integral to how you use Extensiv.
    2. Nice to have - This feature would improve your usage of Extensiv, but isn't integral to how you use Extensiv.
    3. Not interested - This feature isn’t relevant to you.
