This article outlines the steps on how to create your Extensiv University account, explore the Learn page, browse the training library, and open and save training modules to Favorites.
Creating your Extensiv University Account
- Go to Extensiv University.
- Enter your email address and click Send registration email.
- If you already have an account, click Sign In.

- Check your inbox for the confirmation email, then click Verify Email.

- If you didn't receive any, go back to the registration screen and click Resend confirmation email.
- Fill out the form and click Create Account.
Exploring the Learn Page
Creating an account or signing in takes you to the Learn page. From here you can:
- Switch between My Learning and Favorites tabs
- My Learning displays all your completed and ongoing training, while Favorites allows quick access to courses you’ve bookmarked.

- View your In Progress and Completed training.
- If you haven't started any courses yet, you'll see a message that you haven't been assigned any training, along with a Browse Library button to help you get started.

- Sort your In Progress training by Recent, Due Date, or Title.

- Check your training statistics, including total hours spent and courses completed. This panel also shows the Assigned section, which displays only the onboarding or support-specific training content Extensiv has assigned to you.

- Click Browse Library on the top-right corner to access the full training catalog.
Browsing the training library

This page displays the full range of training courses available to you. From here, you can:
- Filter results by Types (Courses, Microlearning, or Learning Paths), Authors, or Topics (Order Management, 3PL Warehouse Manager, Billing Manager, or Extensiv Hub).
- Use the search bar at the top of the page to search by keyword (e.g. searching "Billing Manager" returns all matching courses and learning paths).
Opening a Training Module
- Select a course thumbnail to open the module.
- Scroll down to view the full course content.
- Select Back To Library at any time to return to the full catalog.

Adding a Module to Favorites
- Open the training module you want to save.
- Click Add To Favorites.

- The label changes to Added To Favorites to confirm it was saved.
- To find your saved modules later, go to the Learn page and select the Favorites tab.
Frequently Asked Questions
What do I do if I don't get my confirmation email?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don’t see the email, go back to the registration confirmation screen and click Resend confirmation email.
What if I forget my password?
Select Forgot password on the sign-in screen, then follow the instructions in the password reset email.
How do I know when I've completed a course?
Completed courses move to the Completed section on the Learn page and show a checkmark on their thumbnail.
Where do I find my saved courses?
Go to the Learn page and select the Favorites tab.
