3PL Warehouse Manager and Small Parcel release on the second Wednesday of each month. Sandbox releases will happen during business hours and Production releases will happen after business hours. 
 

Understanding release notes

Release notes for 3PL Warehouse Manager and Small Parcel will be published in our help center and emailed for each release. They will include both what is being released to Sandbox and what is being released to Extensiv. We’re also introducing one- to two-minute-long videos that will showcase a few important features that are a part of the release. Release notes for features that are only available in Sandbox will be published under the Sandbox release section. The release article will be moved to the Extensiv release notes section once the release is in the Extensiv environment box.
 

Our release notes will be grouped by the following feature categories:

Billing and Accounting: features related to billing, payments, and invoicing.

Catalog Management: features related to product and SKU management, bundling and kitting, and listing management.

Customer Service: features related to order editing and tracking, customer segmentation, and returns and refunds.

Inventory Management: features related to inventory planning, forecasting, location, replenishment, allocation, and cycle counting.   

Purchasing and Receiving: features related to suppliers and vendors, purchase orders, advance shipment notifications (ASNs), receiving, and directed putaway.

Order Management: features related to order visibility, backorders, order routing, backorders, and return management. Note: not to be confused with Extensiv’s Order Management product. 

Shipping: features related to carriers, packing materials, picking and packing, rate shopping, and shipping orchestration.
