CART-2945 – Order Manager: Improved product parity between Integration Manager and Order Manager for faster product update and formatting.

CART-3551 – Order Manager: Changed passing of product weights to Order Manager in from Lbs instead of Oz which is Order Manager's weight field.

CART-3304 – Manhattan Scale: This addresses an issue that arose from a suspected change in how shipping confirmations were being sent back to us from the WMS (Manhattan Scale). The change has one sku per line being sent to us and we weren't handling that correctly. Now we loop over all of them and if matching SKUs are found, we add them up and then send confirmation for the total sum of SKUs so the order isn't sent back to the cart as partially fulfilled.

CART-3581 – Shopify: Addressed an issue around Shopify Bug causing orders to fail to load when not using a fulfillment_status Filter.
