Data Will Not Import

When data will not import into Extensiv Warehouse Manager, there is usually an accompanying error. Please review the error and attempt to correct the discrepancy in the import. Sometimes after a failed import attempt, you will need to delete 2 files in the SNAP folder in Documents. The files end in .retry and .keys. Delete these files and try again.
