What Does **PII Removed** Mean?
Why do I see PII Removed on some of my orders? Where is the customer data?
Answer
Extensiv Integration Manager must follow the data security and protection requirements of the various platforms we integrate with. Because of this, we are obligated in some situations to remove sensitive customer data from our databases after it is no longer necessary to store that data. You may see **PII Removed** replace the billing and shipping name and address information after an order has shipped. This is to ensure the security of your customer's personal data and to follow privacy laws.
