Scheduling an order in DataDocks

  1. Create or select the order in 3PL Warehouse Manager you want to schedule in DataDocks.

    1. Pick up Date / Time
    2. Door
    3. Carrier
    4. Trailer Number
    5. Capacity Type
      1. Note: If you enter a capacity type in the ‘Product’ field of DataDocks that doesn’t exist in 3PL Warehouse Manager, the integration won’t update the ‘Capacity Type’ field in 3PL Warehouse Manager.
    6. Tracking Number
  3. Navigate in DataDocks to Appointments > New Appointment.
  4. Select Appointment Type > Outbound.
