Workflow
- Extensiv Integration Management retrieves new orders from the merchant's connected shopping carts.

Required parameters
In order to connect Katana to Integration Management , an API Key must be acquired from Katana. API keys are generated by the user within their Katana application. This will be entered during setup as explained in the Katana Setup Guide. The process for generating API Keys in Katana will also be covered in the Katana Setup Guide.
Important integration notes
By default, Integration Manager will decline any order containing items whose SKUs are not present in Katana. This is recommended to avoid creating a host of new products which should have been added as variants. It is possible to change this setting within Integration Manager, allowing Integration Manager to create new products in Katana when SKU matches are not found. Instructions for updating these settings can be found in the Setup Guide.
