WMS-16982 – Custom Packing Slips: Created the REST API necessary to support new pages to support creating customer-specific packing slips. These new pages will eventually replace the Classic pages under Admin > Packing Slip Templates and Customers > Packing Slip Templates, which have been deprecated (keep reading below for further info).

WMS-16983 – Manage Customers: Added a new section to the Orders tab that allows you to specify the header and footer images to use when printing a customer's packing slips. You can specify default images for all templates or custom images for use by a specific packing slip template. You can either provide a URL where the desired image is stored (recommended) or drag-and-drop a copy of the image to have it stored by 3PL Central. This update to Manage Customers replaces the functionality previously available in Customers > Packing Slip Templates, which has been deprecated. The deprecated page is available for a limited time from the Prior Version menu.

WMS-16984 – Custom Packing Slips: Added a new page under Customers > Configure Packing Slips for creating and managing address templates used when generating packing slips. These templates define where to get the address data to be printed on a packing slip. This new page replaces the Classic page previously found under Admin > Packing Slip Templates, which has been deprecated. The deprecated page is available for a limited time from the Prior Version menu.

WMS-21256 – Manage Customers: Reorganized the settings in the Orders tab to make them easier to find. Also added two new SmartScan settings that control behavior when picking:

• Auto-advance to next line item, which is enabled by default, instructs SmartScan to automatically open the next pick line item upon completing the current pick item.
• Auto-fill SKU and Track-bys when identical instructs SmartScan to auto-fill values when the current pick item is identical to the line item that was just picked. This lets pickers complete the pick more quickly but does sacrifice data validation for every pick line item.

Note that both of the above settings are enabled by default, which is consistent with default SmartScan behavior, but you can now disable this behavior as needed to fit your specific workflow needs.

WMS-21670 – Left Navigation: The Classic pages Admin > Packing Slip Templates and Customers > Packing Slip Templates have been deprecated. They are available for a limited time in the Prior Version menu, which is only accessible to warehouse users. Customer users will not see the Prior Version option. You can now manage packing slip addresses from Customers > Configure Packing Slips and customize packing slip header/footer content directly from Manage Customers.

WMS-21815 – Dashboards: The Order Summary Dashboard (beta) no longer appears automatically upon logging in. It is being deprecated, but it is still available through the Dashboards menu until August 17, 2022. In the place of this dashboard, the new Outbound Productivity Dashboard (beta) loads by default, which is available to all Professional and Enterprise customers indefinitely and is also available to Advanced customers for a limited time.

WMS-21962 – SmartScan: Updated access to the new "Attach files via device camera" feature to be controlled by the "Attach Files" database setting, available in 3PL Warehouse Manager under Admin > Settings. This setting must be enabled to attach files from SmartScan.
