January 24, 2024 – Maintenance Release Notes
Up to 1 hour of downtime is anticipated between 20:00 and 21:00 PT (23:00 and 24:00 ET)
Improvements
TW-27797 – Manage Items: Added two new fields that support the use of item replenishment. The "Pick line Minimum" and "Pick line Maximum" fields let a 3PL define the minimum and maximum values used to manage replenishment tasks at the item level. When defined, these values update the pick line location's minimum and maximum values at the point that the item is moved into that location. Note that this requires that items not share the same pick line location, and SmartScan will not allow users to move items into a pick line that's already occupied by another item.
TW-28459 – Adjust Inventory: Added "Serial" and "Expiration" columns to the Adjustment Line Item grid when creating an adjustment transaction to make it easier to see the details of the adjustments being made. These additional track-by columns populate for all adjustment line items, whether adding inventory or reducing inventory. However, since there can be multiple receipt line items associated with a single adjustment line item when reducing inventory, these columns display the value "Multiple" if the selected receipt line items have different track-by values.
TW-29018 – Manage Assemblies: Updated the messages displayed when a user attempts to confirm or edit when multiple assembly transactions are selected in the grid. These actions are not supported for multiple transactions simultaneously.
Fixes
TW-28224 – SmartScan Pick: Resolved an issue where the location's Pick Path values were not used to sort the pick list in the Pack from Shelves module. Note that all locations must have a Pick Path value assigned in order for SmartScan to sort the pick list by Pick Path instead of Location name.
TW-28756 – Assemblies: Resolved an issue where component SKUs that contained special characters (non-alphanumeric) could cause a "Value cannot be Null" error when attempting to edit the assembly transaction.
TW-28837 – Create/Edit Order: Resolved an issue where it was possible to mistakenly save a Reference Number with leading or trailing spaces, which would cause problems when trying to pass data via integration with third-party applications.
TW-28879 – SmartScan Receipts: Resolved an issue with receipts that have more than 4 line items where, after completing a line item, the line item grid would load the last page of receipt line items, even if all those had already been completed.
TW-29048 – SmartScan Audit: Resolved an issue where the user was not required to scan track-bys as part of the audit count, even when required by the audit job. This was only an issue when the user was typing the SKU value rather than scanning.
Known Issues
TW-25119 – Find Receipts: Updated the Documents submenu of the context (right-click) menu in the Find Receipts grid to make it consistent with the options available in the Documents menu above the grid. As of this release, the feature doesn't work. TW-29410 will be part of the next release and will resolve this issue.
