ShipStation Tag Filtering
How it Works
ShipStation allows users to tag orders through their online interface. When Extensiv Integration Manager retrieves orders from your ShipStation account it can either include or exclude orders with a specified tag. Each Cart can be configured to search for only one tag.
Â
Â
Setting-up tag filtering
The tag filter options can be found by navigating to your Cart Setup page and selecting Edit Setup from the available actions.
Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
From the Edit Setup page, navigate to the Tag Filter Options section. If you would like to use tag filtering change the Filter orders by tags option to Yes.Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
Tag filtering options
Tag Action defines what Integration Manager should do if it encounters an order with the tag. The available options are:Â
Â
-
Include Only Tagged - Only include orders if they contain the tag.
 -
Exclude Only Tagged - Include all orders as long as they do not contain the tag.
Â
(Required) Tag Name is the tag you would like for Integration Manager to filter with. It is case sensitive and much match exactly how it is written in ShipStation. This means that MyTag and Mytag are not considered the same.
(Optional) Tag ID is a unique series of numbers associated with each tag. If you do not know it, leave this blank and Integration Manager will attempt to look it up the next time we retrieve orders from ShipStation.
