ÂWhat does Volume Tiering mean in the above example?
Charges for the total number of cases will depend on the tier within which the quantity falls. For picks with 5 cases or less, a charge of $1.00 per case will apply. For picks with 6 to 10 cases, a charge of $0.75 will apply. For the last tier, for picks involving 11 cases or more, there will be a charge of $0.50.
For instance, if there are 12 cases to pick, they would fall into Tier 3. Consequently, the system will apply a $0.50 charge for all 12 cases, resulting in an applied rate of $6.00.
