Our teams at Extensiv value your ideas because it provides us with a better understanding of your business needs. This understanding helps us manage and prioritize the 3PL Warehouse Manager roadmap to continuously enhance its value and help ensure your success.
Whether product ideas are coming directly from you or our internal team members, we evaluate each recommendation for enhancement (RFE) carefully to see if it will not only work for your warehouse operation, but also benefit all Extensiv customers and qualify as an industry “best practice”.
To improve your experience, we've introduced an entirely new process inside of 3PL Warehouse Manager that allows you to suggest product ideas.*
Suggest ideas without leaving the product
The process of suggesting a new product idea is easier than ever! While logged into 3PL Warehouse Manager, open the Resource Center, then select Suggest a Product Idea.
From the personalized dashboard, you can suggest new product ideas, browse other users' suggestions, and prioritize the ideas that are most important to you. You can even stay updated on the product ideas that have already been released and those that are currently on our roadmap.

*Please note that this process for suggesting new product ideas does not apply to unintended issues, commonly known as bugs. Anything that doesn’t appear to be working properly should still be reported to our support team. To learn more, please see our Support Guide.
