Improvements
Item Alias: Create item aliases with our new Item Alias page. This new version handles large data sets more effectively and introduces the ability to delete inactive aliases to prevent the alias list from getting too large. Read our new help article to learn more.
3PL Warehouse Manager Navigation: We have reordered the frequently used links in the Items and Inventory menus to make navigating 3PL Warehouse Manager easier.
Bug Fixes
Replenishment: Resolved an issue when disabling Replenishment at the warehouse level where access to the Replenishment module in SmartScan was not removed.
Replenishment: Resolved an issue in SmartScan where the high priority move requests were not being properly sorted to display at the top of the list of available move requests.
Reports: Resolved an issue with the default BOL template where the Hazmat tag was not properly included on the generated BOL if multiple SKUs shared the same NMFC code.
Mass Update Locations: Resolved an issue when importing updated location data via file where location "pick path" fields with no entry were changed to have a value of zero(0). This data change prevents the proper evaluation of pick path when configuring pick routes for individual pick jobs.
Permissions: Made the following permission-related updates: removed the “Mobile Pack” permission because it was never implemented; “Override Selected Inventory” is now disabled if neither “Replenish Bulk Storage” nor “Replenish Pick Lines” is selected.
SmartScan Pick for Loadout: Resolved an issue when picking an order with multiple line items for the same SKU that, based on how the user picked the quantity to satisfy those line items, could result in a 500 (server) error. This was an uncommon occurrence but one where the user had no way to resolve the error themselves.
Small Parcel Suite Shipping Charges: Resolved an issue with Billing Manager and Small Parcel Suite where shipping charges were sometimes not removed from Billing Manager when voided in Small Parcel Suite.
SmartScan Pack: Added the ability to scan a single barcode that contains multiple S/Ns when doing outbound serialization. The scanned barcode must include only the appropriate S/Ns, each separated by a comma (comma-separated list). For example, a barcode with 5 unique S/Ns would be: 1890001,1890002,1890003,1890004,1890005. Note that each S/N in the comma-separated list must be unique.
SmartScan Print: Resolved an issue when printing a movable unit label that included a serial number where the serial number value would not print on the resulting label.
Reports: Resolved an issue with the default Packing List template where the generated report was not properly grouped by SKU if there were no track-bys associated with the allocated inventory. Rather, the report grouped by Location.
Mass Update Locations: Resolved an issue when exporting location data to a file where Pick Path values with no value were changed to zero (0). This data change prevented the proper evaluation of pick path when configuring pick routes for individual pick jobs.
Reports: Resolved an issue with the default Pick Ticket template where the "Total Qty Dim UoM" was being calculated incorrectly in some cases.
Reports: Resolved an issue with the default Transaction by Line Item template where the tracking number was not properly displayed on the generated report. Note that it did show up if the report was exported as a CSV file.
Reports: Resolved an issue with the default Purchase Order Progress template where items received by SmartScan were not properly included in the generated report.
Reports: Resolved an issue with the default Inactive Item template in some cases an active item could show up on the generated report.
Reports: Resolved an issue with the default Pricing template where defined charges were displayed in the generated report even if that charge had not been applied to the customer. No charge amount was included, but the unrelated charges cluttered up the report.
Reports: Resolved an issue with the default Stock Status template where the location quantity was sometimes incorrectly reported when running the Location report due to the fact that Qualifiers were not being considered when generating the quantity values.
Reports: Resolved an issue with the default Master BOL template where the barcode was incorrect on the generated report.
Reports: Resolved an issue with the default Short Ship Packing List template where the ship service was not displayed on the generated report.
