Enabling Charge Generation

This article is about the Billing Manager app, not the Billing Wizard in 3PL Warehouse Manager. To learn about the Billing Wizard, please refer to the articles in the Billing Setup.

 

After successfully assigning rates to customers, the final step is to activate charge generation for the customer. This will pull all transactional events, such as shipping and order closures, from the 3PL Warehouse Manager to the Billing Manager. Once charge generation is activated, these triggers will be sent to the Billing Manager to run the rates against the transaction.

To activate charge generation: 

  1. Go to the Edit Assigned Rates page
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Charge Generation Off
  4.  Click OK.
