How to access Ideas Portal
This is currently available to 3W Customers. Follow the steps below to open Ideas Portal from Extensiv Hub.
Open and login to Extensiv Hub (Extensiv).
Click the icon at the top right and select “Ideas Portal”.

3. Click “Open Portal”.

Open and login to Extensiv Hub (Extensiv).

2. Clicking on the Tabs will show the Ideas under it.

Gathering Feedback | 2 Quarters away, up to 18 months | This combined bucket is for collecting feedback, validating ideas, and understanding priorities for projects and initiatives planned for the near future (2+ quarters ahead) and beyond. It includes ideas that are in the early stages of consideration and require input from customers to shape their development. |
On the Roadmap | Current and next Quarters | This bucket highlights what the team is actively working on during the current and next quarters. It serves to communicate ongoing projects and initiatives to customers, providing transparency and keeping them informed about current efforts. |
Released | Recently released features | This bucket showcases projects and features that have been recently released. It helps customers stay updated on the latest developments and improvements that are now available for use. |
3. Clicking on an Idea will open up the details.

4. Voting can be done by clicking any of the 3 buttons:
a. Must Have - This feature is important to the Customer and integral to their use of Extensiv.
b. Nice to have - This feature would improve the Customer’s usage of Extensiv.
c. Not interested - This feature isn’t relevant to the Customer.
