At Extensiv, we believe that listening to the voice of our users is paramount to building the best product.  Your feedback on our products helps us identify the highest priority features, the most challenging pain points, and the highest value opportunities that we can deliver.

What happens once my feedback is submitted?

The most important thing to know is that EVERY piece of feedback is routed to the appropriate team for the respective product area and is reviewed and combined with other similar feedback items.  Though we can’t implement every piece of feedback we receive, we do strive to deliver the functionality that drives the most value for our customers.  Feedback items are processed as follows:

How can I give feedback?

We want the process of giving feedback to be as easy as possible, so we’ve created multiple ways to submit your feedback.  And we want you to be able to keep up with what we are releasing just as easily!

1. By using the “Give feedback” button in the Ideas Portal.

How do we handle feedback?

We process your feedback into Ideas which allow us to do the following:

• Present you with a list of Ideas to vote on. This Validates the Ideas that have already been made.

• Have an overall understanding of the demand for features by taking into account feedback and votes, among other factors.

• Conduct discovery by reaching out to interested Customers who voted for a feature.

• Clearly define what feature the Idea addresses so we can start working on it.

What are the different Statuses?

There are 3 main Statuses that each Idea will sequentially go through:

1. Gathering feedback - These ideas here are recently approved feedback from Customers. These Ideas have been sent to us multiple times, have garnered significant attention, and have a good way to execute.  While in Gathering Feedback, we are still refining the Ideas and gathering more details prior to putting the idea On the Roadmap.

2. On the Roadmap - Ideas here are currently under development and will be released within the coming months.

   1. In Development - These Ideas are being developed in the current quarter.

   2. In Planning - These Ideas are set to be developed in the next one to two quarters.

3. Released - Ideas here have already been released and are live in the platform.
