Granting Customers Access to Billing Manager
User Management is now managed in Extensiv Hub. See our articles on Creating a New User in Extensiv and Modifying and Deleting a User Account in Extensiv.
Update the Customer User role
- Log in to Extensiv.
- Go to Roles. Then, select Customer User.
- Review enabled permissions for this role. If no Billing Management Admin Access is added, click Edit.
- Select the Billing Management Admin Access.
