Setting Up Unleashed OMS
This page covers the Unleashed integration as an Order Destination. Integration Manager also supports Unleashed as an Order Source.
Required parameters
- API Id
- API Key
Step-by-step guide
- Login to your Unleashed dashboard.
- Browse to Integration > Unleashed API Access
- Copy the API Id and API Key, and enter them into the Extensiv Integration Manager WMS Setup page.
Special field handling
Unleashed's system does not natively support passing some order price information so Integration Manager has added some additional options to provide flexibility on how to handle these limitations.
Shipping and handling
Shipping costs are not natively supported in Unleashed but can still be passed using a dedicated Product SKU. To support this you will need to create a Never Diminishing Product in Unleashed that uses the Guid 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000. This exact value must be used to support passing shipping costs on orders.
Order discounts
Order-level discounts, or discounts that apply to the entire order, are not supported in Unleashed. If you would still like to pass this information then you will need to define a Discount Product SKU in both Integration Manager and Unleashed.

Integration Manager
- Navigate to your Merchant Settings in Integration Manager > Merchant > Edit Setup
- Enter the SKU in the Unleashed Discount Product SKU field.

- Use the same SKU to define a Never Diminishing Product in Unleashed.
